“My initial website paid off within a month, and became an invaluable marketing tool.”

+ + + + +

I recently had my web site re-designed by some of Canada's best designers (Circle, in Winnipeg). It's a state-of-the-art site with searchable data-bases and complete operator control that really required ‘pushing the envelope’… very few individual photographers have sites likes this, and it’s not your ‘run-of-the-mill’ searchable web site like the stock agencies have. If I may say so, I think it's a pretty damn good looking site too!”

Stunning & Successful

Almost a decade ago, Circle (in collaboration with Intrinsix) designed a simple, effective website for Mike Grandmaison, one of Canada’s top outdoor photographers. Visually rich, easy to navigate, and easily updated, the site displayed a handsome sampling of stock and assignment photography—most importantly, it quickly became the cornerstone of Mike’s marketing.

In 2007, Circle was asked to develop a comprehensive new site to show off Mike’s impressive collection of stock imagery and to promote engagements for photographic assignments. With potentially tens of thousands of searchable images, an elegant user interface and robust database managagement capabilities were essential. Circle’s elegant design combined with a comprehensive back-end content management solution (CMS) by Smallbox to create a site that is both visually beautiful and highly successful. The Grandmaison Photography website launched in late 2007.
